Jersey Royals with Rosemary and Lemon

 

Ingredients

500g Albert Bartlett Baby Jersey Royals washed

1 sprig rosemary

1 lemon cut into quarters

Salt, olive oil

Method

1. For this you will need two pieces of foil - lay one piece of foil on top of another.

2. Place the Albert Bartlett Jersey Royals, lemon, rosemary, salt, and olive oil into the foil.

3. Fold and seal the foil well.

4. Place onto BBQ and cook for 30 minutes turning couple of times.

5. Once cooked, serve with fish, and enjoy!
