Crushed Garlic and Chilli Jersey Royals

 

Ingredients

8 large Albert Bartlett Jersey Royal Potatoes

6 cloves of garlic

1 or 2 whole chillies

Olive oil

Salt

Method

1. Put the washed Jersey Royal Potatoes in salted water with the garlic cloves (not peeled) and whole chillies.

2. Simmer until cooked.

3. Drain and peel if you wish.

4. Peel the garlic, remove the stalk from the chilli.

5. Crush everything with a fork and drizzle with lots of olive oil.

6. Serve and enjoy!
